Grissom, Sara, and Nick investigate the murder of a woman in the press box of a high school stadium. They arrive less than an hour after the woman's death. Catherine and Warrick try to determine the cause of an explosion in the DNA lab of CSI that seriously injures a lab tech. The personal lives of our characters come into play in this episode.

524 | Grave Danger - Pt.1
The CSI teams come together to save one of their own when they
learn one team member has been kidnapped and buried alive, and now they must find him before he suffocates under 5 feet of dirt.

525 | Grave Danger - Pt.2
After Grissom gives the kidnapper the ransom money, the kidnapper blows himself up. The team must band together and cover every piece of area to find Nick. The team gets close, but then run into a couple dead ends. The clock is ticking and time is running out for Nick who is suffering and suffocating underground.

724 | Living Doll
As the CSI's continue their search for and discover the identity of the "Miniature Killer", Grissom and Sara's relationship gets exposed to the rest of the team as she goes missing during the investigation. The "Miniature Killer" is finally captured, but not before a member of CSI becomes the killer's final victim.
